Job Responsibilities As a Vehicle Technician, you will work with diagnostics, engine service, maintenance, and repair work. The role includes customer service and customer interaction, which requires social competence and professionalism. At the workshop in Helsingborg, you will primarily work with the vehicle brand Mercedes-Benz.

• Customer interaction is central to the role.
• You will work in a close-knit team.
• Focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Ensuring that customer requests are addressed.

Key Competencies/Abilities

As a person, we value that you are positive, goal-oriented, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You should also be meticulous, practical, and have the ability to adapt to new situations. The most important thing is your commitment and attitude to want to develop in the role of Vehicle Technician.

• Technical education in vehicle technology and a few years of experience in mechanical work.
• Previous experience in diagnostics and service work, it is an advantage if you have experience and/or training with Mercedes-Benz.
• You are a problem solver and service-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license B
